Pricing, Terms and Specifications

The packaging sizes listed (160 kg to 200 kg drum and 25 kg container) are indicative of the most often purchased sizes; however, we welcome requests for quotations on different sizes and quantities. Our terms of payment are net 30 days with established credit; otherwise shipments require advanced payment. All prices are F.O.B. Clifton, New Jersey or as stated. Hofmen International Inc. also accepts payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, company check, money order, cashier’s check. Applicable sales, use or other taxes will be charged.

Method of Shipment

We generally ship via the method specified by our customers. However, we reserve the right to change this method for certain hazardous chemicals which, when required by regulations, cannot be shipped safely by the preferred method. We make every possible effort to minimize shipping costs.

Claims and Returns

We take extreme care to fill and pack orders properly. Please inspect your order as soon as it is received. If material is defective or missing, please contact our customer service department immediately. Damaged freight must be reported by the customer to the carrier within seven days of receipt in order to request inspection. Discarded materials cannot be claimed for credit.

If it is necessary to return material, please contact us for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Returns must have the assigned RGA number clearly written on the outside of the shipping container, and must be packaged and shipped in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations. Returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Requests to return material must be made within 7 days of receipt. Certain items are not returnable for credit, including: opened or damaged containers, material with an expired shelf life (post-expiration date) or an expiration date too short for resale, material which must be refrigerated, custom or special orders, DEA regulated materials, bulk orders, and direct shipments from China. Returned must be received by Hofmen International Inc. within 15 days of RGA approval. After 15 days, the RGA number becomes void. All returns without authorization will be refused.
